Warranty

All products sold have a one (1) year limited warranty for parts and labor from date of invoice. Merchandise damaged by customer will be subject to repair charges.

 

Return Authorization

Any item to be returned must be authorized by the RMA Department.  Return for credit is limited to the first thirty (30) days from date of invoice.  Merchandise returned after thirty (30) days is subject to a  25% restocking fee.  Merchandise returned after sixty (60) days from invoice date is subject to a 100% restocking fee.

 

Please call for an RMA number on ALL returns.  No returns are accepted without the original package, RMA number and problem description.  The RMA number must show on the outside of the box.  Items without a visible RMA number are subject to rejection. Customer is responsible for return freight and insurance.  Customer is responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
