Terms and Conditions

All terms are subject to credit approval.  Terms are Net 30 from date of invoice.  New accounts will be place on C.O.D. until credit is approved.  Accounts exceeding 31 days will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% annually.

 

Any accounts over 45 days will be placed on C.O.D. until account is again current.  Any account consistently over 60 days will be reviewed and may be placed on permanent C.O.D.  Any account over 90 days will be sent to collections and will be placed on permanent C.O.D.

 

Payment may be made by company check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or wire transfer.

 

Order Placement

Orders may be placed by facsimile, phone, mail or e-mail.  If placing an order by phone, a confirming written copy of the purchase order is advised.

 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Items are subject to availability.  Merchandise will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of order.

 

Prices do not include freight or handling charges.

 

Freight

All orders will be shipped and billed F.O.B. Stockton, California.  Orders will be shipped UPS Groundtrac unless otherwise specified by customer.  This freight charge will be added to the customer bill.  Customer may specify any preferred shipping method and may supply their account number for freight collect billing.
